The Project

I was tasked with designing a mural for a stretch of wall across from the Bookie in Washington State University’s student union building.  The requirements were to represent the diversity of the campus and the four core messages of the university at the time: Spirit, Respect, Learning, and Friendship.

My Role

  • Designed original vector graphics to represent a variety of interests and activities.
  • Conceptualized the Palouse inspired patchwork layout.
  • Designed four sections of the design to represent the four themes: Spirit, Respect, Learning, and Friendship.
